Joy of the Lord

Sometimes we experience great pain hurt or anger from the negative aspects of this world. It can range from physical need to emotional hurt brought fourth, sometimes by the very people we love.
Even if it was unintentional; the effect can be somewhat overwhelming to say the least. Time such as these. There is a greater need for comfort, serenity and inner peace. The death of a loved one or some sort of relationship outcome. Both can be one of the worst forms of grief you can experience.
Days such as these. There is greater need for spiritual connection. An in depth communion and reflection through ferverant prayer. Going down on bended knees, asking God for comfort and release.
This state of depression or grief is not a place, where anyone wants to be. So it a good idea to focus on God with all of your heart where those disruptive emotions are torn apart. Because the strength we have inside comes from the joy of the Lord. There is no other source. So when you feel such dread. Arise from the dead and abide in the foundation of love and grace the good Lord gave.

Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your Joy may be full. John 16:24

For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but Joy cometh in the morning. Psalm 30: 5

Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into Joy. John 16: 20

Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our LORD: neither be ye sorry; for the JOY OF THE LORD is your strength. Nehemiah 8: 10
